We only accept returns for products that are defective upon arrival or during initial use.
 

  • Defective Products Only: If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not working as intended, please contact us immediately to arrange a return.
     

  • Condition: Returned items must include all original packaging.
     

  • Process: To initiate a return for a defective product, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and details about the defect.
     

  • Refund: Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

 

Exchanges

 

We happily accept exchanges for eligible products.
 

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for all items except gift cards.
     

  • Condition: Items for exchange must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
     

  • Process: To arrange an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
     

  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
